Reg 10 Preliminary Assessment

Welcome to Regulation 10 Preliminary Assessment.

If you design, deploy or operate AI systems which process personal data for business use in the DIFC - this assessment is for you. This could include CV-screening or other HR tools; sales and marketing apps which use AI to process data on individuals; AI chatbots or customer service agents; AI-enabled credit scoring; AML or KYC systems or facial recognition or smart CCTV systems. If you do, it's likely you should already be complying with the DIFC's AI Governance regulation ('Regulation 10').

This assessment provides you with an initial evaluation of your AI system’s readiness to comply with the DIFC's Regulation 10. By completing it, you’ll gain practical insights to how to meet the expectations of 'Reg 10'.

Completing this survey does not confirm or certify compliance with Regulation 10.

It should take no more than 15 minutes to complete. You'll just need your business email and company name to proceed. The qualifications at the end will help us to determine if and how the regulations apply to you.

Don't understand the question? On the right of the screen is your AI Assistant. Ask away!

Data Protection Notice
BRAVE will use the information you provide in this assessment, including your business email address, company name and survey responses, to administer the Regulation 10 Preliminary Assessment, generate and send your summary report, respond to your enquiries, and assess whether and how DIFC Regulation 10 may apply to your organisation.

theAX.ai provides the survey and AI assistant technology and may process your information on our instructions to deliver the assessment. Your responses may be processed by the AI assistant to help generate insights and recommendations, but this assessment does not involve a solely automated decision that certifies, approves or determines your compliance status.

At the end of the assessment, you will be asked whether you wish to receive marketing communications from BRAVE and Mission+. Choosing not to receive marketing will not affect your ability to complete the assessment or receive your summary report.

We will retain your assessment data for 24 months. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, or object to certain processing, by contacting michael.lucas@brave-governance.com. You also have the right to complain to the DIFC Commissioner of Data Protection.
