The Oversight Gap Indicator is a short, executive-level diagnostic designed to help you establish whether your organisation’s supplier oversight remains structurally aligned with present-day supplier reality.

It is not an assessment of performance or governance quality. Its purpose is to provide independent structural visibility, allowing you to determine whether existing oversight frameworks continue to reflect how suppliers operate today.

You will be asked a small number of high-level questions about how supplier scope, organisational dependency, and governance visibility have evolved. No preparation or supplier data is required. If you have responsibility for supplier oversight, you will be able to complete the assessment quickly.

Once completed, you will receive an Oversight Gap Diagnostic Snapshot. This establishes whether oversight structures appear aligned, or whether conditions consistent with an Oversight Gap may be present. The output is concise and intended to provide structural clarity.

The assessment takes approximately five minutes and is intended for CFOs and senior leaders responsible for supplier oversight.
