This is a complimentary assessment that examines whether your organisation’s approach to channel oversight remains current, evidenced and capable of recognising change early enough.

It does not assess individual partner performance or confirm that anything is untoward. It provides a structured, evidence-based indication of where oversight appears robust and where incomplete evidence, outdated assumptions or inconsistent governance may leave decisions exposed.
